AMYPROTON is a personal site owned by AMY, a Proton car sales advisor for Peninsular Malaysia. We are not an official PROTON or Proton Edar Sdn Bhd website.

- The car model of interest & preferred payment method (cash/instalment)
- Any notes you voluntarily provide
We may also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) through analytics tools to improve the site.

- Contact you with the quotation & product advice you requested
- Help process a financing (loan) application if you ask us to
- Respond to your enquiries

We do not sell your data. It is only shared with parties necessary to complete your transaction — for example a bank/financial institution for a loan application, or Proton Edar for vehicle registration — and only with your consent.

We take practical security measures (access controls, limited storage) to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and will be destroyed or anonymised when no longer needed.

In line with the PDPA amendments (Act 2024), in the event of a personal data breach likely to cause significant harm to you, we will take steps to notify the authorities and/or you as required by law.

- request the deletion of your data; and
