AMYPROTON is a personal site owned by AMY, a Proton car sales advisor serving Peninsular Malaysia. This site is not an official site of PROTON Holdings Berhad, Proton Edar Sdn Bhd, or any related company. All “PROTON” trademarks and model names are the property of their respective owners.
2. Purpose of the Site
This site provides product information, price estimates, instalment estimates, calculator tools and an enquiry service relating to Proton vehicles. All content is for general information only and does not constitute a contractual offer, financial advice, or a warranty of any kind. Please also refer to our Disclaimer.
3. Accuracy of information & pricing
- Displayed prices, rebates, specifications and promotions are estimates and may change at any time without notice, subject to the official determinations of Proton Edar and the authorities.
- Estimated monthly instalments are indicative only, based on certain deposit and interest-rate assumptions, and are subject to approval by the bank / financial institution.
- The valid final price is as stated in the official written quotation issued at the time of the transaction.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and current information when submitting a form or enquiry;
- Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam, or to disrupt the Site's operation;
- Not attempt to access systems, data or areas of the Site without authorisation (for example the admin panel).

All design, text, layout, graphics and code on this Site (except third-party trademarks) are the property of AMYPROTON and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, AMYPROTON will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from:

- any inaccuracy in prices, instalment estimates or product information;
- the decisions of third parties (banks, Proton Edar, insurance companies) regarding your application.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold AMYPROTON harmless from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on this Site applies to your use after the update date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
